Astronomy on Tap is a worldwide series of free, informal science talks where professional astronomers present to a general audience in a relaxed pub setting. The Kingston edition is hosted by the Arthur B. McDonald Canadian Astroparticle Physics Research Institute at Queen’s University.
No prior science knowledge is needed — just curiosity and a love of the cosmos. Each event features three short talks by researchers from Queen’s University and the Royal Military College, followed by Q&A and an astronomy trivia competition with prizes.
