To join the Kingston Center, you must join the National organization of the RASC. They handle all memberships directly.
You can enjoy many of the Centre benefits without having to attend meetings or even be in the Kingston area! Residence in the Kingston area is not a requirement for membership! In fact, membership in the Society is open to everyone who has an interest in astronomy. As a part of Canada's National Astronomy Society, members of the Kingston Centre receive Society publications and services including the electronic edition of the Journal, the annual Observer's Handbook and SkyNews magazine.Rates are higher for those living in the US and International (outside the US and Canada) to cover higher postage costs. These fees include a National Fee which is remitted to the National Society and a Centre Fee which supports our local programs and services.
Because the National RASC organization sets the fees, we will not list them here as they may be out of date.
